Global Nosh is an idea conceived whilst in a semi drunken state at the end of 2010.
The plan to go through the alphabet eating food from a country beginning with that letter for a week. Then moving on to the next letter and so on until we’ve gone through the alphabet twice (26 letters in the alphabet dividing nicely into 52 weeks of the year)
Of course as soon as the plan was hatched the flaws became apparent: were there 2 countries beginning with every letter of the alphabet? (no)
Also How do we define a country? Is a country a nation or is it an independent sovereign state?
These and other quandaries will be solved along the way
The beauty of inventing such a silly game is that you can choose your own rules of course
